The 2-inch thickness on this set also makes it suitable for light cooking applications — gently warming scallops or searing thin items — where the 1-inch individual presenter is not recommended.

Refrigerate for 2-3 hours before serving. The 2-inch thickness retains cold temperature well throughout service:
