Shipping Rates
We charge a flat shipping rate of $7.99 per order, unless free shipping is added to a product. Even if you order multiple Salt Lamps or other products, you will still be charged only $7.99 for shipping.
Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (usually the same day) after payment is received. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping Method & Delivery Time
Orders are shipped via standard ground shipping. We strive to ship out all orders on the same day they are placed! You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. Delivery times vary depending on your location and carrier conditions.

Shipping Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. All original packaging must be saved so a carrier claim can be filed.
