Refund & Return Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery, subject to the conditions outlined below.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, all of the following must be true:

  • The item is unused and in original condition
  • The item is returned in its original packaging
  • The return request is made within 30 days of delivery
  • Proof of purchase is provided

Items that do not meet these requirements may not be eligible for a refund.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Perishable goods (including food items)
  • Items regulated by the FDA
  • Any item showing signs of use, alteration, or damage not caused during shipping

If a non-eligible item is returned, it may be returned to the customer at their expense or discarded without refund.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at:

Please include your order number and a brief explanation of the return reason. If your return is approved, we will provide return instructions, including the return shipping address.

Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Photos of the damaged item and all original packaging are required
  • All packaging must be saved for carrier inspection
  • Damage claims submitted after 48 hours may not be approved

If damage is confirmed to have occurred during shipping, we will replace the item or issue a refund at no cost to you.

Refunds & Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable
  • Shipping costs are refunded only if:
    • We sent the wrong item, or
    • The item was damaged in transit and verified

For items valued over $100, we strongly recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service (such as UPS or FedEx). We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days
  • Your financial institution may require additional time to post the refund

Refunds will not be issued until the returned item is received and approved.

Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

We encourage customers to contact us directly to resolve any concerns before initiating a chargeback.

Chargebacks submitted without first attempting to resolve the issue through our support team may result in delayed resolution or denial if the return does not comply with this policy.
