Fine Grade Himalayan Pink Bath Salt — Why This Grade

We carry three grades of Himalayan bath salt. Here's where fine grade fits:

• Fine grade — small crystals, dissolves rapidly, full mineral dispersion throughout the water immediately. Best for standard baths where you want complete mineral saturation from start to finish.
• Coarse grade — larger crystals, dissolves more slowly, maintains mineral concentration longer during extended soaks.
• Salt chunks — dissolves very slowly, reusable multiple times in a mesh bag, best for foot soaks and economical repeated use.

Fine grade is also the most versatile — it works equally well for full baths, targeted foot soaks, and DIY body scrubs where a fast-dissolving mineral base is needed.

How to Use Himalayan Bath Salt

For a full bath: Add 1-2 cups of fine grade Himalayan bath salt to warm running water. Allow to dissolve — fine grade disperses within seconds in warm water. Soak for 20-30 minutes. The water temperature should be warm and comfortable; hot water opens pores for better mineral absorption but may be too intense for sensitive skin.

For a foot soak: Add 1/2 cup to a basin of warm water. Soak feet for 15-20 minutes.

As a body scrub: Mix fine grade salt with a carrier oil (coconut, olive, or jojoba) to create a natural mineral exfoliant. Apply to wet skin in gentle circular motions, rinse thoroughly.
